A few newbie deep section / tubs questions!

I hit a pot hole on my 404s yesterday during a race. I lost pressure in the tyre but it didn't go down fully - I'd say probably down to 70? Took me 3/4 of a lap to conclude that it definately was lower pressure not just paranoia (feeling the roll was what did it, plus a bunny hop!). I had a can of pit stop, which gave me enough pressure to get back to the HQ, but left me with a couple of questions:

First time using pit stop - is the whole can supposed to go into the tyre? I seem to have half a can or so left.

I have Zipp valve extenders on my tubs, given that the tub valves are permenantly open could hitting a pot hole "force" a bunch of air out of the tub without puncturing it? The tub seems about the same pressure this morning, though given I pitstopped it, not sure what that means?!

Oh and, (prob a really stupid question), I'm getting brake rub on the back, spoke tension seems uneven although it runs true, should I loosen up the brakes or get it to a wheel builder?

Any ideas? Thanks!!

Pitstop is a latex foam - once inside a tyre make sure you keep it inflated otherwise it can stick the inner tube together and render the tub useless. You may want to check the tyre for cuts etc. and keep a regular eye on the pressure - you always expect some 'leakage' with latex inners.
When you hit the pothole, the rim probably deflected enough for a few spokes to 'unwind' and lose tension - suggest you get the wheel retensioned sooner rather than later because spoke tension is far more critical on low-spoke carbon rims - leaving it could mean that the next big hit could collapse the wheel.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
