Rear wheel rubbing frame

I'm having problems fitting my rear wheel when i put weight on the peddles it pulls the wheel over to the frame opposite the cassette,the frame has adjusters on it of which i know nothing about.Thanks for any help.

    Its a Mercian the problem must be with the Q\R

    Bent rear end, or the wheel isn't sitting properly in the dropout.

    Re Garry H :- have you had an accident?. Or is it a new wheel?
