Buying new shoes in essex? (Not white stillettos!)

Morning,
Got a bonus coming from work next week so have decided to treat myself to a pair of road shoes that have two and three bolt fittings (I currently use SPDs but will buy some SPD-SL pedals at some point)
Any advice on stores in essex that have a good range of shoes? I have wide feet so need to try them on before buying really.
I'm currently using a pair of Specialized Tahoe shoes which are ok, but I would like a stiffer sole for longer rides.
Thanks
Dave

Dave, Snow and Rock at Romford had a good selection and stock Spesh kit. The bike shop at Marks Tey is closer to you and also have a good selection.
The people in Marks Tey (opposite Good Food Company) are very helpful.Boardman Elite SLR 9.2S

oh dear and still the same old essex jokes come out. y - a - w - n .....
Anyway, it depends which shoes you are after really, and whereabouts you are. Ciclos Uno, Hainault are very good as are a couple of stores in Colchester. Baker's bikes in Bishops Stortford are also not bad.0 -
Thanks Mr Shaker, I always forget about Interbike. I'll pop in there first as they are local.
Sorry for the essex stereotype but I thought I'd get there before others. I'm essex born and bred although it's north essex towards suffolk.0 -
