Can anyone recommend a good insect repellant? I'm being bitten to pieces, every time i go out for a ride.

Well now youve mentioned Avon skin so soft, a mate of mine mentioned it a couple of months ago, completely forgot about it. Will give it a try. Thanks

Avon skin so soft tends to be highly recommended, however on me it works as well as a chocolate fire-guard  I tried it in Scotlandshire and was promptly bitten to $hit.Luckily I had some of THIS..the only effective repellent I've found 8)

If it's midges, then Avon Skin So Soft Dry Body Mist (the green one) does work quite well. All the foresters in Galloway and Stirling use it.

If it's for anything else but midges, then the Jungle Formula has worked for me both here and abroad, in some fairly harsh environments.

....except leaches. it was sh!t for leaches.
