Reynolds 731 OS?

Anyone got any kind of review on 731 OS built framesets?
Wikipedia doesn't know anything, nothing on the Reynolds website.
Only info found is that is' a heat treated version of 531 (?)
Regarding the above, I'm looking at a bike on eBay to use for sportive's this year. Its that or I ride on the MTB again, but would rather try it on a road bike this year!

731 was manganese-moly steel - same material as 531. The 'OS' denotes oversize tubes. The tubes were butted using specially-shaped mandrels. If you cut one of the main tubes in half where it is butted, you would see 8 flats on the interior of the tube.0
