What womens bike?

hi im looking at getting a bike for my girlfriend, she likes the look of the boardman mtb comp fi, i can get one for £630. Has anyone had any experience with these? or can i get something better for the same cash? she will just be using it for fun really just rides at the weekend nothing serious on and off road.

Don't rule out men's bikes, it is all about fit: and they vary hugely.

That said the Boardman has a great spec for the money.
