i have a pc stealth although its slightly too big, don't no whether to chop the stem 100mm out and put on a 80mm one, or sell up the framest and try on the of the ribble cheap frames. using the extra cash towards some deep section wheels and a aero helmet.
my thinking is these will make more of a difference than the 300g of weight i save keeping on the stealth at slightly to big.
am i correct in that elbows should be at about 90 degrees on the extensions?

About 100-110 degrees (I have been reliably informed...)0

If you don't make the changes and check what is comfortable/works for you, how do you know you will get the right size with the next frame you buy?
In terms of arm angle, I would not aim for exactly 90 degress. Play around with anything from 90 - 110 and see what you prefer which will depend on Flexibility and lots of other things.....
The problem with bike fitting and especially TT position is that there is no one rule for everyone. You need to have a play and see what works for you.0 -
Check out the TT positions post in the 'Training' section. Lots of photos of others trying to get it right...Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0
