Canyon Bikes

I seem to be having difficulty with the service from Canyon bikes, my Bike has gone missing between between Canyon and the shippers.
Trying to get hold of the agent in the UK is a nightmare.
I this a one off or have others had the same problems with Canyon?

    Called yesterday and answered straight away. Very very helpful to. I had also been emailing about delivery and every email was answered promptly and courteously.

    I take you had UPS tracking number?
  • I ordered this week and the communication has been good

    I phoned the UK agent a while ago who answered immediately and was helpful

    Whenever I emailed Canyon in the build up to my purchase emails were also replied to promptly

    What do you mean the bike has gone missing?
    Surely either Canyon or UPS/DHL have it
