Rear wheel rubbing following cassette change

Morning all

Just a quick one.

Following a simple chain and cassette change on Saturday (Trek Madone, new Ultegra cassette and KMC chain to match existing Ultegra gruppo, Bontrager X Lite wheels) that all went simple and according to plan, when riding the rear wheel now rubs the brakes blocks as if it is dished.

Problem is, on the work stand you can see that the wheel is not dished and it runs fine with no rubbing at all. The problem only happens when you're riding the bike.

Wheel has been dropped out again, Q/R undone and retightened, casstete was torqued in at 40Nm as per lock nut requirements. Bearings are fine, spokes are tight, all shifting is fine: as I said it all went really simple and fine.

All worked fine before the cassette change.

Any ideas?

Thankyou very much!

Yossie

If the wheel is definitly in straight it must be slightly buckled. Open out the brakes a tad

Is the 'rub' on one spot or all the way round? Check that you haven't knocked the rear brake caliper over slightly. Changing the cassette shouldn't affect wheel alignment because you haven't touched the axle.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Sounds like its rubbing in a few places - not continuos - which says to me calliper knocked over slightly pad rubbing on different rim surfaces maybe?
