Guten Morgen

TFIF, I'm lambing again... NOT! Finished the placement, real shame, it's a lot of fun and the farmer was a great bloke to work with. Anyhows, I got paid, it easily covers the new wheels I ordered the other week with my overdraft and now I have plenty of time for riding bikes, and revision.

Somehow I finally beat the mother in the ongoing "fuck off and stop trying to take control of my life" war, this is good news.

Anyway, got to clean the car out, lambs are dirty little buggers, then a few errands to run, bit of revision and a bike ride sounds like a nice plan for the day.

    Good Morning Freaks!

TGIF indeed! Heavy legs are heavy this morning. Quads cramped up in the night and my calves are a bit tight. I would ask one of the many physio 'experts' in the office, but they'd just say take a rest from cycling for a few days - Pfft, what would they know!

I'm also hungry, so obviously, I'm going on a bacon hunt in a minute or two.

Meeting with some sporty types this morning, then should be able to get some serious slacking in this afternoon, before the ride home.

Might get some fettling in this evening, but will probably leave this till tomorrow. Got an email from KCNC with some 'different' instructions and advice for fitting my crankset. Hopefully I'll be able to get it sorted so it a; doesn't fall off and b; doesn't creak like a creaky thing. Then I'll be fitting new tyres to the NRS, cleaning and lubing the Focus and if there's time, stripping down, cleaning and rebuilding the XTC. SIDs on the XTC need a serious fettle, ended up with only 1/2 an inch of travel towards the end of HONC.

    Morning
It's raining here so I'm currently hiding in the office trying to put costs together for a cleaning contract, but failing miserably. Coffee, bacon, chocolate and cake have all failed to help.

Quiet day in the office for a change, but as I've managed to pick up groin strain  I won't be pedalling for a few days

Morning Chaps shorry i'm late, been working

Bacon and coffee have been consumed in large quantaties today, and i even had time to pop into bike magic in E1 to see what new On-One stuff they had, the Carbon 456 does look nice in the flesh

Last nights epic ride was epic, but dry trails, pitch black, hard tail, and lots of big roots can cause serious nut banging and painful smiles. New fast tyres are fast and i think a little less pressure will help keep me attached to the floor.

soooo unbelievably tired, so a good meal, a bottle of red and bed for me tonight. I'll say No thank you to any of that hanky panky stuff wifey, back away from the baby oil i need my sleep. (wishful thinking btw)

Family party tomorrow and then a ride sunday morning before helping my brother with the last of his packing sunday as he moves to a oversized house on monday.

I just been invited along to Porsche owners club Vs Ferrari Owners club anual Karting competition ! WIn :P

That will be fun, My old man loves his karting and takes it way to seriously, i think the age gap from the porsche club to the Fearrai club might instantly gibve them an advantage
