Evans Ride to Work Scheme - Options?

Hi all,
I've been restricted to the Evans cycle to work scheme by the administrators at work and so I was looking for my best options in terms of bang for buck?
Some ideas:

Any thoughts/ideas? The budget I had in mind was initally much lower but I don't think I have a lot to lose with this scheme. Also, does anyone know if Evans will match a price, even when the bike is being purchased on the scheme?
