ribble stealth or planext x sl pro frame direct from china

looking for a cheap carbon raod frame, read the chinese carbon threads and i'm quite interested.
in either of the above frames, have ridden a planet x and liked it. i also like the look and the review of the ribble tealth.
anyone know if this company on ebay do either of these frames

or if anyone know of where a canyon frame can be bought direct.
open to info on other similar frames as well. just trying to work out if for me it is worth buing direct from china or waiting for an offer fromt eh above companies.
