new freeride bike?? what to get??

hay guys im just getting back into my riding i have an 08 kona dawg deluxe that i ride every day as an xc bike but i keep seeing nice jumps and drops but dont feel the dawg is up to it!! im quite a big guy @ 18 stone and dont want to brake it!! i used to have a 2005 kona stinky which i used to dh, fr, street you name it, it did it loved it nice and strong served me well!! so now im looking to get another bike for freeriding but im really not sure what to get!! so any sugestions would be very welcome!!!

if i was going to buy new it would be £2k but i may buy a frame and build a bike up form scratch, or buy a secondhand bike just want to know whats good and whats not0

Theres also the kona coiler and stab.
If your going new then the Scott I mentioned earlier is very good value for money.0 -
