Anywhere sell On One Scandal 29er via Cyclescheme?

Hi all,
Accessing Cyclescheme through work and considering an 29er for commuting, local trails and general training.
The On One Scandal slx looks cracking buy but not able to find anywhere selling through Cyclescheme (I'm in North East England) Anybody have any tips?
Failing that, other 29ers under the £1,000 ceiling - i like the look of the Gary Fisher (TREK) Cobia - anybody jhave other recommends i could consider?
All advice greatly appreciated.
