Which New Wheels - Probably from Planet X

Hi,
I'm living out in Qatar. I've just ordered a new Planet X Stealth, and I'm looking to get a wheel upgrade too.
Out here it's extremely flat, no hills at all, but there's often a reasonably strong wind. My main race of the summer is going to be IMUK, which apparently is quite hilly.
I'm looking at the Race 50's which come in at £415 tax free - http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/WPP ... ace-wheels
The Carbon 50/82's come in at 333 tax free - http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/WPP ... 2-wheelset
And then there's the 82/101's also for 333. Look very nice, but would it be a bit windy here for them? http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/WPP ... 2-wheelset
Or something different entirely? (But keeping to the similar budget).
Thanks for any advice. Adam
