best way to post a frame?

Selling/sold a frame and gonna need to post it soon... what's the best way?

courier? royal mail? if courier, then which one? need's to be something cheap and reliable!

This. Used both previously, both are cheap and reliable. Just make sure its packaged up well as I have heard reports about boxes being damaged etc, but I suppose you are likely to get that with any courier.

Recently posted some rather expensive forks so did some mega research. Parcel Monkey had some really bad reviews.

Have used them for UK, Germany and Sweden and no problems.
