Carrera Vulcan - pannier rack

My mate had just bought a carrera vulcan from halfords - actually looks quite reasonable spec for the price. It has cable discs, I believe, & she was told when she bought it that none of the Halfords pannier racks would fit, because of the discs. I haven't had a look at it yet, but I presume that there are no mounts for the pannier rack because of the discs. Anyone know if that's true? Need a rack because we're doing the Way of the Roses in the summer; could fit a seat post mounted rack but it's not ideal.
Any advice/suggestions welcome.

They were wrong, the one below fits. It's wider than normal so clears the disk brakes & has spacers to fit the bolts in the holes near the dropouts.
