fsa gossamer chainset problem

hi everyone, bought a new bike late last year with a fsa gossamer megaexo chainset.i have been ou on it a few times now and noticed the finishing nut undoing itself while riding on the left crank. no probs i thought go to halfords get some thread lock put it on lock it up tight let it go of end of probs. not so, while out today the damn thing started to unwind again. has anyone else had this problem ? what do i try next contact the dealer.

    I think this may be a general problem with FSA chainsets, I've read about it somewhere else after having the exact same problem.

    I kept hearing a clicking noise from the BB area and couldn't figure out what it was, eventually I realized the bolts had worked themselves loose. I tightened them up but they came loose again, so loose in fact that the whole crank moved out a few mm on the right side.

    Anyways to sort it out I took the whole crank off greased all the bolt threads properly, made sure everything was put back together nice and tight in particular the two allen bolts that hold the left crank arm in place. The big black finishing bolt that goes in the left arm should not be over tightened though! Not had any problems since.

    unscrewd finishing nut and went out today no probs so thanks for the advise lads.i will ring planet x in the week to see what they have to say.
