Hello people of the internet,

Have any of you been graced with a lovely summer's day today, I've just got back from my first ride without a coat/base layer and can tell you it's lush!

Temperature is fine, wind is calm and the trails are dry at last!

It is brilliant today, I had a great ride, 30 miles on dry trails with the sun shining and it not bitterly cold. I did still wear a baselayer with a T-shirt over the top tbf though

had a few belters recently but not today particularly, bit of cloud and a nip in the air by comparison, still cyclingtastic though. Hope it bodes well for a nice, you know what (summer, don't speak it's name too loud).

I ended up going out on two rides seen as it was such a good day, might as well make the most of it!

I would have done the saem except that I was pretty tired after clocking up 31 miles. not bad for a few hours.

Epic fail for me I forgot what to wear when the sun's shining. Base layer, fleece and a packable jacket 'just in case'.

The sweat was dripping off me on the first climb.

Lol, do none of you people work!? :P

It's so nice outside today, I'm gutted to be stuck in the office.. all I can do is look out of the window and pray it's still like this at 4.30!

I have managed to get a shitload of sunburn from my ride yesterday. Was expecting 24 degrees...ended up with 32

Hopefully my niggling man flu and pain from being squashed by a car will all have miraculously disappeared by tomorrow so I can bike into work.....on the roadie!

  • Nope no nice weather here just yet. We had a couple 20+ days a few weeks ago, btu they died out to bring in more snow.

i need nice weather. But before it's allowed to come, I need my forks fixed so I'm ready.
