I know some of you regulars had duathlons at the weekend.
How did it go? Care to share some thoughts/happenings, if any.
For a mate of mine, it was his first, and by his own admission " did not think about or practice the transitions enough". And said stuff like "I shoulda done that", an "if only I'd tried that before"
