Wheelset Upgrade

I am upgrading my Allez Wheelset from the Alex rims it came with and have a budget of up to £200 (less if possible also need tyres) looking at Eaton EA50 Clincher also Fulcrum Racing 5 & Mavic Aksium wheels. Does anyone have any other suggestions worth a look. Thanks.
Of course its about the bike! Although having the legs helps.

    I'm having a set built up for training by our local wheel builder. 105 Hubs, DT spokes and DRC CX/R rims. Durable, strong and easy to maintain. £180.
    Looked at all the factory wheels in the £200 range and the fact it would be the local shop servicing them I'd rather buy from them too.
    Also have the same Alex rims on my winter bike that are on their last legs.
