Principia Limited Edition SX any good/suitable?

Just seen a new old stock Principia Limited Edition SX frame..
Firstly any idea what it would weigh, does it have any inherrant problems that I should know about?
I already own a Prinny Rex E-Ellipse, is the SX going to have much noticeable differences overall and if so what might they be?
As it comes without headset or forks any suggestions as to what to get?
I weigh 98kg if that makes much/any difference ex rugby lad so not so much of a spinner...
Any advice welcome, ta in advance
