Just bought some shimano 6600 wheels for my winter hack, but just realized they'll only accept shimano 10speed Grrr. Will my Freehub fit off my old wheels or can I buy a replacement freehub from anywhere that'll fit that'll accept 9 speed that'll go on to the shimano wheels?

The hubs used in the WH-6600 wheelset (if this is what you have) are completely different to the FH-6600 hub.
WH-6600
FH-6600
Unfortunately as well as being 10-speed only, the freehub body is not interchangeable with other Shimano freehubs, as the ratchet mechanism is different.
Some sort of bodge using 9 sprockets from a 10 speed cassettes with the right thickness spacers is the only workaround I can think of.Alex0 -
i stand corrected.
I have 6600 hubs built into CXP33 rims rather than the factory wheels
Like 2alexcoo said, no 9 speed for you...bigger splines.....
