Purchasing Trek Fuel EX9

Hi all,
Been using this site for ages while researching potential kit and reading up on new bikes etc so this is my first post here today.
Having gone through and tested all the different bikes and trailed around most of the dealers in my neck of the woods, I finally opted for the 2011 Trek Ex9. I've just had the phone call to say the bike has finally arrived in my dealers.
This is my first venture into full suspension biking having been riding my ~15 year old Marin IFT, well, for the last 15 years. Though it does have a Manitou cartridge fork, obvoiusly not a patch on todays exotica.
Some advice please - what should the dealer be doing with the bike to tailor it for me when I collect next Saturday and is there anything else I should know/need to do/be aware of?
Many thanks :

Not much to do really, adjust the saddle and levers.
Set the sag.
Adjust tyre pressure
Fluff up the saddle.
Ride.I don't do smileys.
