I was thinking more giordana but for the price it's not bad, only problem was It wouldn't allow me the armwarmers as a freebie so ended up buying them as having some chamois cream and 2 sets of leg warmers0
-
Can't see them being Castelli at that price, look very nice though but no mention of a pad? You'll have to let us know how they are when you get them. Might have to get some myself if they're decent!0
-
Will do and I cant see there not being a pad. Will update when it arrives.0

Ah screw it I'm taking a punt on it now. I'm seeing of it as an early "I've become a dad" present!!!There is never redemption, any fool can regret yesterday...

Mine should be here tomorrow . I'll let you know what it's like when it arrives . Got to say it looks pretty good on the eBay site. Ive opted for medium given that's what I usually go for in assos so my only concern is the fit.0

I've just seen a thread on the amateur race section where MikeWW was showing his clubs new kit (Lichfield CC) and it's actually the zipvit stuff. I've asked him what quality is like so be interesting to find out but I can't see it being too shabby for a club kit (although saying that there is some shabby club kit about)There is never redemption, any fool can regret yesterday...

My stuff arrived today, so far looks good although I haven't had chance to try it on. Chamois looks extra terrestial scientific!!!!! Not too impressed with no leg grippers on the shorts though. Although it does have a radio pocket for those team tacticsThere is never redemption, any fool can regret yesterday...

Mine arrived today also. I pretty pleased with it all given the price the kit is mad e by

The jersey is pretty light weight and is good quality and the shorts seem a good fit apart from as Drew mentioned no leg grippers. For those of you who like longer legs on your shorts these sit just above the knee and the pad is good although I haven't ridden withnthem on yet.
My only gripe is the sizing I'm a medium in assos jerseys and ordered a medium in this whilst it fits on the shoulders the jersey is a bit baggy in the chest /stomach area . As a result mine has be returned today by free post for a smaller size.
Zipvit were really helpful when I rang them , the lady I spoke to said they have sold loads of this kit over the weekend so the lurkers have been busy.
I'd give it a 9/10 on looks and a 7/10 for quality and fit.
I hope this helps guys
Oh and the gilet is pretty good0 -
