Shimano R500 vs Alex Rims S5000?

Hi, I face a small dilemma.
I have a choice of road wheels to fit to my Specialized Allez Winter bike.
Do I keep the OE Alex Rims S5000 which came with the bike, or fit the Shimano R500 wheels, taken from my Kuota after fitting some Fulcrum R1s to it?
Both are very clean and have covered very few miles.
I would keep both, but need to sell a set due to financial constraints.
I have searched ebay for an idea on value/reviews on the wheels, but cannot find any info, hence my thread, to seek your much valued opinion.
