Deda "Belgian" H/Bars

Hello. Do any of you guys know if Deda do a Belgian handlebar - Been told this by a clubmate. Being 6'4" i like 46cm bars but the belgian bar has a longer hand rail if i can call it that - i hate short bars as if feels like your hands are going to slide off the end ?

    If you see any Deda bars described as 'deep drop', that is just another name for belgian bars, afaik.
