Cleaning and re-greasing narrow hubs

Hi,

I've done a search but can't find anything that specifically matches my query. I need to clean out and re-grease the hubs on some Shimano wheels.

the hubs are really narrow compared to other wheels I have done this on - normally I'd just use my finger and a bit of cloth to clean out the hub, but these are so narrow I can't even get my little finger in! Any ideas as to how I should do this?

For jobs like that I generally end up poking a rag in with a thin screwdriver.
