SLX Botom Bracket cups

The cups on my SLX crank set dont seem to be spinning too well, any one have any advice as to how this can be fixed?

    did we not tell you to go back to Halfords with it as you have only had it fitted for a week or so?

    talk to the LBS that sorted it then.

    as something is not right.

    but be aware that the bigger axle and the bigger seals (compared to the old internal BBs) have more friction at first.

    Just use the bike if there is no rumbles.

  • Got that problem sorted. I was hoping I could salvage the old BB and cups that I had previously fitted, that’s all.
