Jockey wheels

I been giving the bike a service over the hols and discovered my jockey wheels are worn. And the chain is slipping off and has worn part of the cageon the derailuer.

Should I buy just new wheels or replace the whole derailleur ? If so whiich one are best ?

its a shimano xt m775 rear derailleur.
