Oops.

I put mine between a doorframe. They're also much more stable if the front wheel's axle is set up to be an inch or so behind the centre of the front roller.

Persist. They do get easier

did 30mins intervals on the rollers the night - i do like a good sesh :P even if it is a shorty one
