Specialized/Fox brain not engaging

Hiya Gents,
I need insight into the Fox/specialized brain on my 2010 stumpy. Its does seem to engage and I cant seem to see a reason why.
Noticed my rear suspension seemed to be very soft on my last ride and pumped it up again, but change and the brain just wont engage at all.
anyone had this issue? Could it be the cold weather? :shock:
