Tektro Post>IS mount adapter?

Hi guys,
So I bought those Recons which have an IS mount on them.
My current forks have post mount.
I have Tektro Auriga Comp hydraulic disc brakes.
Is there a special Tektro Post>IS mount adapter or will Shimano ones work?
If there are, link please!

160mm but if possible I might want to go up to 180.
