Picked up my new ghost ASX 5500 a few days ago and just thought they deserved a mention.
As this was my first full suspension bike i was very worried about getting the right one it was really nice for them to go through the bike with me, set up the forks and shock etc etc reassuring me id bought from the right place and not just a shop where once they had taken my money they wouldnt want to see me again.
I have to say it was a completely different experience from last year when i picked up my Trek 6300 from swinnerton's in stoke on trent!! I wont go into to much detail but they basically took my money and gave me a friday afternoon bike... ie it was assembled in a hurry and i had numerous parts come loose on its first ride such as the rear wheel!! rear calliper!!
i know where ill be going for my next bike
