When I convert from trigger to twist shift I'm going to change my grips (I have a SRAM shorty grip but it's a mismatch with the Giant grip that will be on the other side as I only have a shifter on the rear (1x9, this is my commuter but its flat barred MTB finishing kit based.

I'm slowly blinging the bike with yellow/gold (but only when I HAVE to change stuff), so will be changing the gear cable outer to Jagwire yellow for example.

I'm toying between 2 grips
Titec pork rind (black only) and KCNC in yellow so 2 questions.

1/ Will the hexagonal shaped KCNC grip create a 'mismatch' with the round twist shift?
2/ will yellow one side and half and half yellow grip/black twist the other look silly?
I other wosds do I go with the less bling/more practical Titec's?
Want to keep to a weightweenie lightweight foam if anyone wants to suggest anything else!

Well careful i spection suggests the KCNC and TiTec Pork rinds are really the same grip with different logos, lots of people use the Titec with twists so guess the KCNC will be fine.

So do I pay the extra couple of quid for Yellow? Any opinions?
