squeeky rotors !

hi there. i have purchased new rotors (they have been used before) and i had washed them with soapy water and let them dry etc

they seem to make a squeecky noise when i brake, and the stopping power isnt there
will i have to let the rotors settle with my pads ?
what shall i do ?

yes you will need to bed them in again.
