Rusty rotors

My Hope Mono-Mini rotors are showing some light surface rust, not on the braking surface but mainly around the rotor arms and near the bolt holes.

What's the best way to remove this? I'm going to be selling them shortly and it won't look too good in the pics!

wire brush. then some fine sandpaper

I find wire wool works better,then a good clean with meths or alcohol.Take them off the wheels and give them a good go over.
If you get any fluid on the pads burn it off with a lighter,mind and hold the pad in some grips.

WD40, then brasso. Who cares if they still work if selling them ;-)
