Can any one recomend a 26" park/ street frame

like the subject says. ive had a ns 24" bike for the last year and im realy wanting to get another 26" bike can any one recomend a good frame/ bike?
i think proberly up to about a grand im not botherd about suspention.

New or second hand?
The scott voltage frames are rather nice (particularly the new ones) and I've got a second hand one going if you're interested.0 -
