  • I know they're not bib tights but....

Sports direct are selling Lonsdale lycra/base layer stuff very very cheap.

They had 3/4 leggings for peanuts!

I've had some Biemme ones from Decathlon for what will be their 4th winter and they're very good.I fell off and ripped the knee a couple of years back and stitched them myself and they've held ever since 8) I've worn them in the Dark Peak on night rides down to around -10 and they've been faultless...£45 well spent.
I don't know if they still do them though

  • If I were buying I'd go with the Wiggle ones - have good customer reviews saying they are warm and comfortable...... May invest myself!
  • I bought some of the DHB ones last week, haven't been out in them yet but they're very well made and they feel warm when I did my Models 1 impersonation in the lounge - almost made the girlfriend choke with laughter :D

I'm also going to have to plan my pee stops a bit better because there's no quick escape

I got soem decathlon ones this weekend, padding is good, they are warm but the sizing seems way off base, far too small

I'm normally a large and the XL are tight on me. I should have gone back and got some XXL but Decathlon twice in one weekend was more than enough

  • The DHB roubiax ones are great, warm but not overly.

Nicely cut and very comfortable (apart from a label that needs cutting out from the back panel) with a super pad.

I have the 3/4 ones and they kept my knees warm on a 3 hour ride in temps of -3 this weekend, although they make toilet stops interesting, especially in those temps !!
