integrated headset

I have just bought a Wilier le roi 2008 frame which takes an integrated headset. In one specification it says headset bearings '42mm by 45 degrees.'
Wiggle have a Cane Creek IS 3 headset which when you scroll down is listed for campag, headtube 42mm and OD of the bearings 41.8. would this fit?
Help please!

    IS3 headset bearings are 32x45 degrees whereas suspect you need 45x45 degrees (Italian/Campagnolo pattern) bearings - model IS3i or something like a FSA Orbit CE. Both the Cane Creek and FSA websites have good technical info. Either that or visit your LBS
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
