I need to move my seat forward a bit as i am long in the leg and the seat is up quite high can any one point me in the right direct and recommend a seat post that can allow me some more adjustment.

If you are long in the leg I would have thought you needed to move the seat back rather than forwards. As a rough guide the notch below your knee cap should be straight above the pedal spindle. This will get a good starting point for adjustment. Most will not be more than 1cm either side of this.0

I've just bought a 3T Doric http://www.totalcycling.com/index.php/manufacturer/3t/SP_3TTT_DORIC_TEAM.html but for the opposite reason I'm short and felt over stretched when on the drops. Nice and light, no creaking and looks great on my red Bianchi.0
