shifter pod caps

recently got some new shifters and want to take the shifter pods off but when you take them off there is a hole where the shifter pod attatches to the internal workings of the shifter and i cant seem to find anywhere some covers to go over these on the internet. does any one know where to find these ?

they should be on the back of the gauges.

but which XT shifters.

and it is covered in the manual.

cant see the covers on the back of the gauges. and they are an old design "shimano deore xt sl m750" that is all i could find written on the shifter

Pretty sure its only from the M770 shifters that have the covers. My M760's didn't have them when i had them..

i ducktaped mine when i did thrm, but i think if you can get the covers from newer ones then they should fit!
