I've got a bike thats less than 4 months old and have been having a problem with the chain coming off lately. It happens when changing from middle to big ring and tends to be when I have held the paddle a little too long (don't tell me not to do this!).

Is this a scenario where i use the barrel adjuster on the gear lever or do I adjust the limit screws, I've been very good with gears!

Yes I did mean to say it comes off on the outside! Thanks I'll give the limit screw a twiddle!

'H' screw, turn it in about 1 turn at a time, it should shift cleanly but not enough to take the chain right off the outside.
