Hi

I have a womens BeOne Leontien Team road bike, when I use the drop handle bars I feel little bit too low, is there anything I can buy to adjust/increase the height of my handlebars slightly ?

Thanks

Claire

From the look of it, the stem comes set at its highest setting. The obvious solution is a riser stem, angled upwards. The less obvious solution is a bar with shallow drop. The drops on those bars are very very deep.

Adjustable rise stem eg Ritchey? Bontrager VR bars or FSA Compact bars

I'm forever reading about problems with stems, I wish manufactures would do as the bespoke builders do and use quill stems instead of this inferior modern rubbish.

You can raise the bars further by turning the stem over. This should raise the bars by about an inch, looking at the CRC piccies of the bike.

Ahead set systems and stems are inferior to threaded headsets and quill stems? Stroll on.

I've never had a problem with them, and if I want to change the bar height I just raise or lower the stem - simple!
