M5 Downtube Cable Adjusters

New frame I got has a pair of threaded ferrules on the downtube for cable adjusters. Unscrewed the adjusters from a pair of Campag thingys and they don't fit. Threaded ferrules take larger, M5 adjusters instead.

Anyone know where I can get a pair of M5 adjusters? Is that the Shimano size?

The standard is M5 - it's only the Campagnolo frame-mounted stops that use 4mm.
