Couple of wheel questions

I just came into some mavic cxp 30 wheels they have a 7 speed casette and tublar tires on,
now can i get a 9/10 casette on em? And can i put normal tires and tubes on?

    Almost certainly no - are you sure they're cassette and not a screw-on freewheel? Likewise, tubular rims only accept tubular tyres.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
  • They are casette as ive already talen it off, not to worried about the tubulars i can live with them but id prefer more range on the gears.

    If you want more gears, easiest solution is to have a new rear hub fitted. If Shimano, it is possible to modify sprockets to fit your freehub, but because it is shorter, you can't have the full range i.e. 8x 9 speed sprockets or 9x 10 speed sprockets.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
