Roatrat Cable Routing

I would like to add a front mech there but is no routing under the bottom bracket for the cable can it still be done?

    Assuming you've got a mount on the downtube to accept the cable / cable stop? Get a plastic BB cable guide, drill and tap and hole in the BB to hold it in place - your LBS should be able to do this if you haven't got the tools etc.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
