Are these pads a set?

Ive never bought pads before, however I want to buy these:

Are they a set of two pads or just a single pad?

    for one caliper. one set but half a bike.

    Ok, so Ill just need to buy the item twice then for both back and front brakes. Also do you know where to buy shimano brake pad spacers from? Thanks
