PushLoc Problem - Reba RLT Ti

Hi all,

I recently purchased the above forks about 6 weeks ago. I am having some issues with the Poploc however, I'm not sure it is working correctly.

When I have it in the open position, the suspension is fine. However, when I close the Poploc I see no difference in travel.

-The poploc is turning and locking
-The blue disc on top of the fork is also turning towards the padlock.

There seems to be nothing external that is going wrong. All parts are turning to their correct position. Perhaps it is me, how much should the lock make to travel? 70% reduction? I'm unsure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Make sure the cable tension is sufficent to turn the dial all the way round.

When fully 'locked' the fork retains about 20mm of travel to aid traction. Also look at the floodgate adjuster. This sets the force required to 'blow off' when you hit something. If it is on minimum, the fork will move more easily when you hit a bump, or even honk on the bars hard.

This. Happened to my Rebas a couple of weeks after fitting. Quick tighten of the cable and everything's working fine.

also if the flood gate is fully open you may not see any/much difference.

    Haha! Thank you!

I literally adjusted the cable by 1mm and now its behaving as it should! 1mm! Usually it's the inches that count

    Thanks for your help!
