F****ing Look Pedals

Finally got round to replacing my hated Look Keo's....or so I thought - one of the bloody cleat bolts is locked fast into the shoe. I've tried allen key and screwdriver and now the thread is knackered. Any ideas how I can get the bastard out - what can I use?
